2. Scheduling & Logistics
* By Appointment Only: All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
* Format: We offer consultations via phone, video conference, or in-person (subject to availability).
* Exclusivity: Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you.
3. Fees & Payment
* Pre-payment: If applicable, consultation fees must be paid in full prior to the session.

* Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee future client acceptance or engagement.
4. Scope of Service
Our consultations provide high-level strategic insight. Unless expressly outlined in a separate written agreement, the following are not included:

* Follow-up work or ongoing management
5. Client Responsibilities
The quality of our guidance depends on the quality of your information. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely details. MLG is not responsible for outcomes impacted by withheld or inaccurate information.

6. Eligibility for Engagement

7. Cancellations & Communication
* No-Shows: Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of your consultation fee.
* Boundaries: Strategic discussion and document review outside of the scheduled session require a formal engagement or an additional booking.
8. Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount. Information shared during our sessions is treated as strictly confidential and used solely for evaluation purposes, unless disclosure is required by law.
Policy Updates
